Exciting Updates: My Art Journey, Website Launch, and Creative Projects ​

The past few weeks have been a whirlwind of creativity, growth, and exciting milestones. ​ Here’s a quick update on what I’ve been working on and a glimpse into what’s ahead.

First Public Presentation on Celtic Art

One of the biggest highlights recently was giving my first-ever public presentation about my art. ​ It was a nerve-wracking but rewarding experience, and I’m proud of how it turned out. ​ The presentation was hosted on Zoom and broadcast live on Facebook through the International Day of Celtic Art page. ​ If you missed it, you can still watch the recording here. ​

New Website Launch ​

During the presentation, I launched my new website—a dedicated space for my art, updates, and community building. ​ While I’m thrilled with how it turned out, I’m still making a few tweaks, particularly in the gallery section. ​ I’ve also added a newsletter subscription pop-up to keep visitors informed about new posts and updates. ​

Logo Design Refinement ​

I’ve been refining my logo design to create a simple, recognizable mark for my website, branding, and prints. ​ Once finalized and digitized, this logo will unify my online presence and give my work a professional edge. ​

Current Creative Projects ​

With the presentation and website launch behind me, I’ve returned to my creative projects. ​ I’m working on reconstructing Tolkien’s Numenorean Tile design. ​ These challenging but rewarding projects are something I’m excited to share with my Steady supporters.

The Numenorean Tile and the Carpet pages are some of my favourite artwork by Tolkien, I’m also a big fan of his Hobbit illustrations. What are your favourites?
